Passenger Tours Get A Quote
Passenger Tour policies are typically written for up to 50 passengers. Up to 100 passengers will be considered on an exception-type basis.
These risks would include a sightseeing, dinner cruise; a water taxi service or a charter fishing boat service, for example.
Boat
must be USCG inspected and the operator must have a qualifying USCG license.

This policy is for the professional angler who, in addition to operating as a fishing guide
or fishing tournaments, also makes professional appearance at boat shows, fishing shows and other events.

A boat club is an organization that typically owns several boats and has paying members. The
members pay a yearly fee to use the boats a set number of times per year. The members have no
ownership in the boats. Coverage typically extends to the members.

This is for fishing charters or similar activities and allows up to 6 paying passengers. A licensed USCG Captain is required. This can be the boat owner or a paid captain.
Additional crew coverage is available.

This is for fishing charters or similar activities and allows more than 6 paying passengers. The number of passengers allowed is determined
by the USCG. A licensed USCG Captain is required. This can be the boat owner or a paid captain.

Bare Boat Charter Get A Quote
A Bare boat charter is similar to a boat rental business. With this risk, the boat is generally larger, higher in value, the rental period is longer and the renter is an experienced boater.
