Passenger Tours Get A Quote
Typically up to 50 passengers, but will consider up to 100 passengers on an exception type basis.
Risks would typically be a sightseeing, dinner cruise, water taxi, or charter fishing boat. Boat
must be USCG inspected and the operator must have a qualifying USCG license.

This policy is for the professional angler that who, in addition to operating a guide service
or fishing tournaments, also does professional appearance at boat shows, fishing shows and other events.

Boat Clubs Get A Quote
A boat club is an organization that typically owns several boats and has paying members. The
members pay a yearly fee to use the boats a set number of times per year. The members have no
ownership in the boats. Coverage typically extends to the members.

Commercial Fishing Get A Quote
The program provides coverage to commercial fisherman. This can include shrimpers, lobster
boats, hook and line, or fishing with a net. The program is aimed at the sole proprietor of
smaller boats less than 45’. Crew coverage is not offered.

This program will insure someone who uses their boat within their occupation and commercial
exposure exists or other various type of insured or usage. These could include water samplers,
surveyors, bridge inspectors, dock installers, mail carriers, crew boats, and other various
type risks.

The time share operates similar to a time share condo in that the owner gets to use the boat a
set week or weeks each year. The time share owner is part owner of the boat.

Occasional Charter or Fishing Guide Get A Quote
This is for the boat owner who wishes to offset some expenses by offering part-time occasional charters or guide services. Based on the location of the vessel
we can offer up to 55 charter-guide days per year. Must have USCG captain license or guide license.

Six Pack Charters Get A Quote
This is for fishing charters or similar activities and allows up to 6 paying passengers. USCG captain is required. This can be the boat owner or paid captain.

USCG Inspected Charter Get A Quote
This is for fishing charters or similar activities and allows more than 6 paying passengers. The number of passengers allowed is determined
by the USCG. A USCG captain is required, can be the boat owner or paid captain.

Bare Boat Charter Get A Quote
Bare boat charter is similar to a rental, but generally the boat is of higher value and larger, the rental period is
longer, and the renter is an experienced boater. In this program the coverage extents to the
renter.

Fishing Guides Get A Quote
Typical risk is inland on a smaller bass style boat carrying 2 or 3 passengers. Most states require
the operator possess a Guide License or USCG License.
