PWC Safety Regulations - Arizona

According to Arizona law, it is illegal for anyone under the age of 12 to operate a personal watercraft unless:

An emergency exists

The child's parent or legal guardian is on board

Another person at least 18 years of age is on board

It is imperative to know the safety requirements in order to keep all those enjoying the PWC safe before taking it out on the water.

The USCG and your personal watercraft insurance company will expect everyone to follow all the federal regulations as well as Arizona state regulations pertaining to PWC boating safety.
